A message dated June 2, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 46                                                                                                          
     "An Act relating to regulations adopted by the Department of                                                               
     Administration waiving the commercial motor vehicle driving                                                                
     skills test for certain drivers with military commercial motor
